Intermediate Flash and Web Designers
We are looking for detail oriented designers with a passion for style, an eye for design, and creative blood flowing through the veins. Along with an excellent understanding of the specific software programs related to the individual roles. Ideal candidates must have the ability to produce consistently designed work that seamlessly represents predefined Style Guide standards. Working at Ravensfoot will allow you to grow your creative side working on fun projects in a casual working environment. This is a long-term position with the potential to quickly evolve into a senior leadership role for the right candidate. To be ultimate candidate, you will have the skills of both the Flash Designer and the Web Designer.

Flash Designer
Excellent understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash with strong Action scripting skills. Experience integrating Flash objects into a dynamically driven web interface, and ensuring that the application can be effectively used by PC and Mac clients.

Basic Web Knowledge - HTML, image optimization Director (w/ Lingo) is an asset (nice to have). Ability to work closely with Designers, Art Directors and Content Developers, Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, Possess good sense of Interactive Design and Usability.

Web Designer
Excellent understanding of Photoshop/image Ready/Fireworks, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and MS Office, Ability to work closely with Designers, Art Directors and Content Developers, Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Possess good sense of Interactive Design and Usability Basic Web Knowledge - HTML, image optimization and the Macromedia Flash is an asset.

What you should have
A 2-year degree or diploma from an accredited design school or equivalent industry experience, One year of work related experience, A portfolio demonstrating the above skills coupled with your natural flare for design.
