
Brix Condominiums was in the planning stages of developing downtown Seattle Residences. A decision was made to gather input from their target market which would be used to 'tailor' build the condo for the people. A series of questions and sample site concept images were presented to a specific demographic in the Seattle area and sent out in the fashion of an email that directed recipients to an interactive online questionnaire. Respondents were given visually rendered choices of exterior coloring, fixtures, and options to select and comment on. Results from the questionnaire were tabulated and the ultimate look and feel was based on these actual responses.
